Offer Terms and Conditions
The $2,000 discount is available only to new Anchored Marine Construction customers who schedule an estimate appointment between August 7 and September 18, 2026 for an eligible marine construction project with a total contracted price exceeding $20,000.
Eligible projects include:
- New pier construction
- Complete pier replacement
- Bulkhead construction or replacement
- Revetment and shoreline-stabilization projects
The offer does not apply to boat lifts, repairs, maintenance, service work, partial repair projects, permitting-only services, design-only services, or projects with a total contracted price of $20,000 or less.
To qualify, the customer must mention the postcard offer either when scheduling the estimate appointment or during the estimate appointment. The estimate appointment must be scheduled during the promotional period, but the project does not need to be contracted, started, or completed by September 18, 2026.
The $2,000 discount will be applied to the final contract price of an eligible project. The discount is limited to one per customer, household, property, and project. It is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, account credit, previously completed work, or an existing contract.
The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, credit, referral incentive, negotiated price reduction, or special pricing unless expressly approved in writing by Anchored Marine Construction.
All projects remain subject to site conditions, permitting requirements, engineering requirements, service-area limitations, scheduling availability, contract approval, and Anchored Marine Construction’s standard estimating and contracting procedures. Receipt of a postcard, submission of a contact form, or completion of an estimate does not guarantee project acceptance or eligibility.
Anchored Marine Construction will make the final eligibility determination based on these published terms and the scope and value of the proposed project.
